This is one of the simpler creations from the Chef. He can put together some killer salad combinations. This one was no exception!
He carmelized some pears, chopped and toasted walnuts, added some broiled chicken (*side note- we usually buy whole chickens and broil them, they are more cost-effective and you can stretch across a few different meals…and they are juicier!), and chopped up fresh mozarella. Piled it onto a bed of mixed spring greens and whipped up an easy lemon-honey vinagrette. Yum!
