Mmmm… my mouth is watering just thinking about this dish!
The Chef starts out with frying some miniature tortillas in oil. He then rubs spices (cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and chili powder) onto talapia fillets. He grills those in some olive oil and breaks apart into bite sized chunks. He also grilled some yellow onions and diced potatoes together in oil with salt and pepper. He then crumbled up some queso blanco and diced some tomatoes.
Then you layer it all up!!
*Please note that this recipe can have numerous variations! We use chicken, ground beef, salmon, or steak. The other ingredients can vary as well. It’s extremely versatile, healthy, and delicious!!
