The Chef is probably best at making a few things.
1. Breakfast food
2. Homemade pizza
3. Gourmet burgers
He coated the salmon with salt, pepper, seasoned salt, brown sugar, cumin, and drizzled a bit of honey and olive oil on top and roasted in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes. He says the salmon should be flaky and moist when it is finished.
He cooked rice with sauteed mushrooms.
Top that with a chili-lime sauce consisting of the juice of 4 limes, 1 Tbs. of honey, pinch of chili powder, and pinch of garlic salt mixed together and drizzled over rice and salmon.
If you have experienced the gloriousness of salmon, I highly recommend it. I was never a fan until I met the Chef and had it cooked properly. Not only is it delicious, but it is also very good for you!
