Three cheese grill with prosciutto and avocado

Oaxaca (pronounced Wa-Ha-Ka) cheese, monterey/jack, and mozzarella combine to make this delicious creation.

The Chef sliced Italian bread and drizzled with olive oil.  He then put a layer of cheese, followed by a layer of prosciutto, avocado, and then more cheese.  He grilled in a pan for 4 minutes on each side.
